Federal RCMP officers give advice, not speeding tickets

People in Canada are so friendly. Even Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers turn their car around on the highway and chase you down with their lights flashing in order to offer the following advice:

"I clocked you at 129 kilometers. That's a little fast, eh. If you were taveling at night, you would outrun your headlights at that speed don't you know. Slow down, okay? Have a safe trip back to Alaska, eh."
